Jean Teissèdre
WINEMAKER
After a viticulture-oenology BETC Higher National Diploma in Davayé Mâcon and numerous experiences in some estates in Beaujolais and Sancerre, Jean settled in 2011 at the family estate and created the winery where the wine would be vinified in Cesset.
Sophie Roux
WINEMAKER
Following a specialization at the Wine University of Suze la Rousse (26) Sophie had a great experience at the « Domaine de Montine » for 14 years. In 2015 she joined her brother Jean at the Bérioles.
Jérôme Roux
WINEMAKER
Once he had gained his viticulture-oenology BETC Higher National Diploma, Jérôme joined the « Domaine de Montine » (26) and became the winemaker in charge. He met Sophie and decided to join the « Domaine des Bérioles » in 2015 with her.
